What is it?

The Handler Total Coat™ is another innovative product from the people that brought you The Handler crop protection systems and The Handler seed treating systems. The Total Coat™is a closed system seed treatment applicator designed to accurately and effectively treat your seed at a price that is affordable to every producer. With accurate application rates up to 735 bu/hr, the Total Coat™ is truly a high throughput applicator that ensures the producer can treat the seed just before it goes into the ground. With the Total Coat™ you only treat the seed that you need and you only use the seed treatments that you need. The treating is done onsite and the guess work is eliminated. The Total Coat™ is designed for use with water soluble seed treatments, liquid inoculant and peat-based inoculant as a slurry.

General Description

· A simple, accurate, high throughput ladder-style closed applicator with dual spray nozzles.
· Suitable for small grains (such as barley and wheat), pulses (such as peas and lentils) and beans (such as dry edible or soybeans).
· Constructed of easy-to-clean, corrosion resistant fiberglass (FRP).
· Mounts on auger, conveyor or hopper bottom bin discharge.
· Utilizes two Combo-Jet® swivel nozzle bodies with flat fan nozzles to prevent nozzle plugging.
· Requires pumping/delivery system such as The Handler Seed Treating System.
· With little modification the Handler Total Coat™TM can apply two different products sequentially (requires two separate pumping systems).
